• Google Sheets or Excel (and web, Windows or Mac)
• The formula or bulk run settings you used
• The error message, if any
• The first 6 characters of your key (never the whole key)

Common fixes

• "No Likely key": open the Likely panel and add your key. In Google Sheets the key is saved per spreadsheet, so new spreadsheets need it once.
• Formula takes too long or errors on a big range: use Bulk run in the panel instead. It has no time limit.
• Unexpected answers: make the question more literal and ask one thing at a time. See writing good questions.
• Billing: manage or cancel from the Billing button in the panel.
