Terms of Service
Last updated 18 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Likely: the website, API and add-ons for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, operated by SimberTech ("we"), based in the Netherlands. By getting a key or using Likely, you agree to them.
Your key
Your key identifies your account and usage. Keep it private. You're responsible for use of Likely with your key, including by people you share a spreadsheet or key with. Tell us at [email protected] if you think it has leaked and we'll replace it.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Row limits reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Unused rows don't carry over. You can cancel any time from the Billing button in the add-on; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, but write to us if something went wrong and we'll make it right. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Acceptable use
Don't use Likely to break the law, infringe others' rights, process data you have no right to process, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service. Don't use Likely as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on people (for example hiring, credit, housing, insurance or healthcare decisions) without meaningful human review.
AI output
Likely's answers are probabilistic judgments made by an AI model. They can be wrong. You're responsible for how you use them. Probabilities describe the model's confidence and are not guarantees.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you send. You give us permission to process it only to provide Likely, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep Likely available and fast, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut Likely down, we'll give paying customers at least 30 days' notice and a prorated refund.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Likely at any time. We may suspend or close a key that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above; material changes are emailed to subscribers in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
